Force majeure
BCP Securities Services cannot be held liable in the event of a force majeure event or an event that is beyond its control.

BCP Securities Services shall reserve the right to amend the terms, conditions and references of this contract at any time.

Contract’s term and termination
The present contract is concluded for an indefinite period starting from the moment that the User uses the Service.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
The legal rules applicable to the content and transmission of data around and about the website are determined by Moroccan law.
In the event of any dispute which cannot be resolved amicably, Moroccan courts within the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal of Casablanca are alone competent.
